Your Body Doesn’t Lie
What is Applied Kinesiology? George Goodheart developed this way of communicating with the body. He found that each large muscle relates to an organ and when the muscle tested weak, the organ was weak. By treating the muscle the organ function improved. He used this in nutrition by giving a particular supplement to a patient, the muscle would test strong if the person needed it or weak if he did not.
What is Behavioral Kinesiology? John Diamond, MD saw how Goodheart used Applied Kinesiology and began using it in relationship to the patient’s surroundings and life-style that affected the patient’s energy. Some of the things he found that lowered the patient’s energy were:
- Words Spoken or written
- Certain Foods
- Exercise using the arm and leg on the same side of the body: jumping jacks, bicycling, tennis
- Metal partial denture that cross mid-line
- Metal eye glasses, the nose piece is metal
- Certain pictures
- Certain music
- Certain people around you
- Sunglasses
- Wristwatches
- Hats if not a natural fabric
- High heeled shoes
- Synthetic Clothing
- Ice water
- Fluorescent lights
- Smoking
- Chemicals
- And many more…………
